Manufacturing Process
1. Engine oil’s material
Eco Cruise engine oil is manufactured by adding salts to the refined and extracted base oil. At least 10 kinds of salts are added to the base oil. An alternative engine oil grade uses more than 25 types of individual salts for the final product.
2. Blending
IBB’s Eco Cruise engine oil’s blending process of base oil and additives are created from 1 of only 3 companies in the world with knowledge of this unique method of formulation. Based on this blending process, our engine oil can be utilized for Japan domestic vehicles and other foreign manufacture vehicles from all over the world.
3. Quality Control
In order to maintain consistent high quality for each manufacturing lot, oil samples are tested after the blending process. Only engine oil that had passed the strict quality standards will used for the final product.
4. Filling process 4L Can
IBB’s Eco Cruise engine oil is filled into JIS (Japan Industrial Standard) approved cans and sealing caps. These fluid containers are recognized worldwide because they are user friendly. It also prevents the oil from deterioration. Every finished product is finally inspected for defects prior packing. . into the carton boxes.
5. Filling process 1L Pouch
Eco Cruise is now availiable in 1L pouch. As the pouch is disposible friendly, you will also be contributing in protecting and keeping our global environment clean. All the process involving the design, strength and durability test to production of the Eco Cruise pouch are researched and developed by professionals in Japan.
6. Logistics
IBB’s Eco Cruise engine oil factory is located near one of the main sea ports in Japan. The logistics forwarding company we utilized are professionals in handling lubricant and chemicals. This will ensure that the products will arrive safely to the destination.
